 in r1590, OpenLayers.Tile and OpenLayers.Tile.WFS got
 two of their clear() functions changed over to
 OpenLayers.Util.clearArray() on accident.

 There is a slight chance that this may be the cause of some
 of this recent spate of tile misdrawing bugs...
