 Also, Renderer/test_Elements.html fails, for various reasons.

 I made a patch for that. See <http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/1184>.
 Note that the last patch added (patch-1184-r5324-B0.diff) takes Andreas'
 changes for #1172 into account.
