 With opera (version 9.24 on linux) wheel up zoom the map out and wheel
 down zoom the map in.

 It must be the reverse.

 In source:trunk/openlayers/lib/OpenLayers/Handler/MouseWheel.js (line 89)
 a hack was made to reverse the delta due to an Opera bug. The bug has now
 been fixed and the hack can be removed.
