 Hi Tim,

 sorry for getting back to your question so late. No I can't reproduce with
 the sample, but then again the options are totally different.

 I've set up a site where it can be reproduced:

 http://www.rijkswaterstaat.nl/apps/geoservices/kaartenonline/

 CTRL+F5 in IE should do the trick.
