 When you manually specify the 'size' parameter to the constructor of the
 OverviewMap, the disclosure box doesn't move from its normal location,
 potentially leaving it outside the OverviewMap altogether.  This happened
 for me in Firefox 2.0.0.4 on OS X 10.4.9.  Example:
 http://web.mit.edu/xavid/Public/overviewmap.html.  The disclosure box is
 about 20 pixels above the top of the overview map; it is hard to see
 because it is only white lines above the map.
