 I'm running tests on ie6 and the first test: test_OpenLayers.html
 is breaking.

 Error is:

 Line 316:
 Error: 'OpenLayers.Event.observers' is null or not an object

 ..don't have the energy to track this one down myself, but we absolutely
 must fix this before thinking of releasing a 2.6. Really, the sooner the
 better.
