 Ok, I now well understand the problem and your patch. What do you think of
 calling outFeature on the drag feature control instead of just
 deactivating the drag handler? In this way, the drag feature control
 really goes back to the state where dragging is disabled. See attached
 patch.

 Tests pass on FF.
