Comment:

 The maximize/minimize buttons for the overview map control are controlled
 (partially) by CSS.  See the .olControlOverviewMapMinimizeButton and
 .olControlOverviewMapMaximizeButton in style.css.  If you change the
 default properties for the control, you'll also want to change your CSS.
