  * multipleKey/toggleKey don't seem to work as expected.
  * boxTolerance needs a better comment, like:

 "To allow selection *only* via a box, set the boxTolerance to something
 like '5': this will say that anything less than 5 pixel box will simply be
 totally ignored."
