 KML class doesn't yet support GroundOverlay or ScreenOverlay options.
 The current KML class is a Format & hence can only deal in Feature.Vector
 objects.
 Overlays would be like Layer.Image
 We need an 'Advanced KML' class which returns a dict of several different
 objects,
 Layer.Images, Feature.Vectors, and so on
