 Shrinksafe saves about 5% more space compared to jsmin, and there are some
 legitimate concerns with jsmin's licensing that could cause some people
 problems that don't affect the Shrinksafe wbe service. I didn't know
 anyone was using this, but since someone is, I'm happy to have the patch
 included.
