Comment:

 (In [7335]) Adding cross-browser XMLHttpRequest functionality and
 convenience methods around it in the OpenLayers.Request namespace.
 Deprecating OpenLayers.Ajax.Request.  Full support sync/async requests
 using all HTTP verbs now.  r=elemoine (closes #1565)
