 It looks like there is a bug in Layer.Text and can be seen in the "Using a
 Layer.Text to display markers" example.

 If you click on one of the red markers, you will get a popup with a
 created divsize of 200px x 200px. Click on the marker to close it. Click
 again on the marker and now the popup will come back but this time the div
 is 210x220. Next time it will be 220x240. The div keeps getting bigger and
 bigger each time it reopens.
