 Ah, the WFSTile was the first version and then the idea was floated to fix
 the Layer.WFS and Tile.WFS directly. While creating the patch I realised I
 didn't remember if the fixed Layer.WFS worked already or not, so I
 included the old version as well...

 Long term goal is that WFSTile ceases to exist.
