 When the WFS layer's projection (ie projection property set as a shortcut
 to externalProjection), the WFS layer will report the map projection as
 the SRS parameter as opposed to the layer's projection (which the BBOX it
 provides is sent as).

 This is a minor bug, since crschmidt says he doesn't think any WFS servers
 use the SRS parameter. Patch attached.
